New Release April 5th Cold Brew Coffee Stout
Knucklehead Craft Brewing has released their latest brew! This stout started with a rich and complex malt body consisting of Caramel malt, Flaked Oats, Chocolate Malt, and Roasted Barley. For balance East Kent Golding and Williamette Hops were used to provide a slight bitterness to counteract the sweetness. The additional use of whole coffee beans in the fermenter followed by infusing cold-brew coffee into the Brite tank resulted in delicious notes of fresh coffee.
