Local Author and former Car Dealer, Dom Genova to sign books and fundraise for AVON Rotary at Corn Festival

AVON, NY - Local author and car-buying expert, Dom Genova will be a featured guest at the upcoming AVON Rotary Corn Festival, where he will be selling his newly released book, 'DON'T BE TAKEN FOR A RIDE", to benefit the AVON Rotary Club. The event will take place on Saturday, 8/9/25, and Genova will be stationed at Booth 17 from 10 am till close.

Genova's new book is an essential guide for consumers looking to navigate the stressful, confusing and costly buying process.

In the book he states that a recent survey indicated 87% of people that are looking to buy a car HATE shopping for a car and 24% would rather have a root canal! "It's time to life the curtain." he says.

His book includes an ample dose of wit and humor in the process. Genova is particularly proud of his "Dealer-to-English" dictionary that is part of the book.

In a generous move to support the local community, Genova is donating the entire sales from his books and T-shirts featuring his "Middle Finger Lake" logo, to the AVON Rotary Club. 100% of all proceeds from the sales at his booth will be donated directly to the club to support its community initiatives.
