Pittsford Rotary Club’s Next Drive-thru Food Drive is March 2, 2024

The Rotary Club of Pittsford's next drive-thru food drive is scheduled Saturday, March 2, from 9:00 am to Noon at the Pittsford Sutherland High School bus loop.

In addition to the Pittsford Food Cupboard, donations also will support Joseph's Place at Sacred Heart Catheral and the Nazareth University Oak Tree Food Pantry. Rotarians and Interact Club members will be collecting at the drive - rain or shine! The Pittsford Food Cupboard plays a crucial role in addressing food insecurity within our community.

Donations help ensure that local families have access to essential food items and will promote well-being and stability.

Current needs are canned spinach and collard greens; condiments (ketchup, bbq sauce, salsa); salad dressings, and spaghetti sauce. Also needed are school supplies, (notebooks, folders, paper, markers, pencils, etc.) reusable grocery bags; hand sanitizer, paper towels, feminine products, plastic wrap, tin foil, laundry soap and dish soap.

Joseph's Place is a small food pantry serving residents living in the Cathedral Neighborhood who experience food insecurity.

The Oak Tree Pantry serves those with food insecurity in the Nazareth community. The pantry can use granola bars, pasta, peanut butter, soap and other hygiene products.

The Club has scheduled food drives the first Saturday of the month through next spring. Additional information is available at
