A local company
Following up on Jim's workshop, he contacted Tracey Door to install an overhead door. He needed something bigger than a traditional entry door, one that he could bring in large equipment along with plywood, 2x4's as well as other large sized building supplies. A Tracey Door specialist did the entire install in a few hours! This door is remote access as well as keypad entry so if Jim's carrying something he simply presses the remote. It's sturdy yet looks good, and works perfectly!

You're probably not aware, but, you have the right to a home inspection when buying a house. Because of the pandemic, real estate people told buyers you have to sign off on getting a home inspection. Which really hurt buyers. Now that you can and should get a home inspection, they're putting a limit on the timeframe one can be done, an unreasonable timeframe, in many cases.
Click here to check out this information to help you. The problem with not getting an inspection or a complete inspection is that you're going in blindly buying a house. In this market a lot of houses that wouldn't or couldn't sell due to their poor condition are now going for a lot of money including a LOT of problems. Which the repairs will cost close to what you paid for the house!

We need them for both! Regardless of the outdoor weather going on we either have the heat on or hopefully soon, the air conditioning. Crosstield provides the best service and technicians. They also have the best products and carry TRANE furnaces & air conditioners. So #1 Company with #1 product.
They installed a high efficiency furnace for Jim's house years ago, they regularly have maintained it, keeping it clean and running perfectly. Still going strong! Aren't you tired of the power going out so much? We all are, seems like it goes out more than it ever has before. it's also so inconvenient, we are spoiled for sure.
