If you have experienced roofing contractors that require half the cost of the job as a downpayment, you've got the wrong one. At Tony the Roofer the job is done right, from the beginning it's explained what's going on, when the start and completion will be, you'll be informed! Experience in products and installation is another key factor in Tony the Roofer. Sure you can get estimates but be careful, some contractors make it seem very reasonable, at first, but they leave things out, then during the job slip it in, leaving the balance due higher than originally agreed. So their estimate wasn't so good after-all. Also, keep in mind, any changes at all to the original job must have an addendum to the contract. Word of mouth is not binding no matter how 'nice' they are. You won't get those games with Tony the Roofer.
